Privacy notice

Last updated: 3 November 2026.

My Gaa Gear Limited, an Irish company, is the controller for the personal data described here. Contact: support@replaywatch.com. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

What we collect

  • The email and URL you submit for a scan, the score, and the problem list.
  • If you ask for the full report link by email, that address, the time you opted in, and when the follow-up is due. That request also adds you to ReplayWatch updates. The email has an unsubscribe link.
  • If you ask to be emailed the free scan report from the results page, that address joins the ReplayWatch Signups list with the scan-results tag. The message has the score, the free findings, a link back to the result, the $9 report checkout, and an unsubscribe link.
  • An account email and a password hash, if you create an account.
  • Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, and billing notices such as a refund.
  • A session cookie, if you log in.

Why

We process this data to provide the scan, the Scan Report, and any subscription you buy (contract). We keep security logs for our legitimate interest in protecting the service. We do not sell personal data. We do not knowingly offer the service to children.

Processors

  • Stripe processes the payment, calculates and collects VAT and sales tax, and may issue refunds. Stripe is the seller of record through Stripe Managed Payments.
  • Vercel hosts the web app.
  • Neon hosts the database that stores accounts and scans.

Retention and transfers

We keep account and scan data until you ask us to delete it, or until you delete the account. Stripe keeps payment records under its own rules. Stripe, Vercel, and Neon may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, they use standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Your rights

You can ask My Gaa Gear Limited for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Email support@replaywatch.com to use these rights. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Cookies

The session cookie is strictly necessary to keep an account logged in. The public scan does not set a tracking cookie.
